Virtual Pregnancy, Labor, and Birth Support

Virtual birth support includes prenatal, labor, delivery, and post partum support. We will prepare a birth plan together either over the phone or via Zoom/FaceTime and I will be available to you throughout your pregnancy to discuss any concerns or questions you might have.

Once labor begins I will be available the whole time through phone calls, FaceTime, or text messaging! I will provide continuous labor support in whatever way you need, including emotional support and suggestions for natural pain relief during all the different stages of labor. I have training in different positions and techniques to ease labor discomfort that I can guide you and your partner in utilizing during labor. After your baby is born I'll be available to help you establish breastfeeding.

We will schedule two virtual postpartum visits, one a few days after delivery, and another a week or so after that, depending on your needs and comfort level. I will be available to answer any questions you might have and to share with you appropriate materials and community resources as needed.

*I desire for every woman who wants a doula to have doula support for her labor and delivery. If cost is prohibitive to you, please reach out to me and we will work something out.
